Frank Fu, Portfolio Manager, is the Founder of CaaS Capital Management, a global investment firm created to provide liquidity to businesses and corporates.  Frank has over 15 years' experience in equity capital markets.  A former Partner a Laurion Capital, Frank began his careeer at Susquehanna International Group.  He holds a Master of Engineering Degree and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
