Mikhail Shilshtut

Mikhail Shilshtut currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CaaS Capital Management.  Previously, Mikhail played a pivotal role in shaping the Equity Capital Markets strategy at CaaS, with a focus on IPO and pre-IPO investments. Before joining CaaS, Mikhail contributed his expertise as a fundamental equity analyst, collaborating with Frank Fu at Laurion Capital. 

 

Mikhail began his career in finance as an Analyst in Ernst & Young’s Structured Finance Group, followed by a role at Morgan Stanley as a Risk and P&L Controller. In 2013, he transitioned to Dasoma Capital, where he furthered his career as an equity research analyst. Mikhail graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a degree in Financial Engineering and earned his CFA charter in 2010.
